Seigi, uno studente delle medie addestrato nelle arti marziali, spesso si sente spinto a proteggere le persone più deboli intorno a lui. Il tatuaggio è un'arma segreta prodotta nella corsa agli armamenti tra l'America e il Regno del Serinistan.
